SW is drawing bigger and bigger crowd especially at night. I was there last friday night and literally all the "cafe" were flooded with sea of people..

One thing surprised me was that when I walked into the SW, I didnt experience "pasar malam" kind of commotion noise despite the huge crowd. Can it be due to its open space or perhaps the water canal is "absorbing" those chatting voices? hmm.gif

I believe many shops would be excited to open right after the advent of TGV. Do you know what is the capacity of the available parking facility (within SW)? hmm.gif

i think 07 units on 11th and 19th floor are less privacy due to the sky garden is just next to the bedroom 2 and studyroom windows. imagine ppl chatting in sky garden when u are trying to have a afternoon nap or study for tmr's exam.

SW have to create "happenings" based on the latest trends to attract human traffic that not only benefit the business owners but residents. The attraction must be great to have a crowd-pull factor that pull crowds from the neighboring shops. SW copes the tropical heat by having water features & shop owners should have moisturizer fans that spray mist to create cool air. SW should plant anti-mosquitoes plants to drive away the pests. With all these in mind....living, working, relaxing & entertaining in SW will be highly desirable. With the beautiful landscape...lots of events, activities & festive season can be enjoyed. It would look romantic by having the mid-autumn festival there this year...with nice lanterns hanging on trees...bright full moon & nice classical music.

There is a series of appraisers, 2 main category - Quantitative & Qualitative, each category has 3 elements, quality / buyers satisfaction is only 1/6 of those elements, SPS may not score high mark in quality and nett gearing but value creation and creativity score is very high, the rest criterias also not bad.

Pardon my ignorance, may I know if Malaysia government imposes any limitation on the number of TOP awards a property developer can receive? rclxms.gif biggrin.gif rclxms.gif

In 2011, S P Setia was ranked No.1 in The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards for the 6th time, the only developer to have achieved this feat since the inception of the awards. S P Setia is also the only Malaysian developer to be recognised thrice by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). Locally, the Group also has five FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards to its name. Apart from property development awards, S P Setia also made it to the Aon Hewitt Best Employers list four times. In 2011, it emerged as the Overall Best Employer in Malaysia and one of the Best Employers in Asia Pacific.

i watched life of pi at tgv setia walk. really a nice place to watch movie. not cramped other other cinemas i have been to. i feel sad for setia walk if sp setia is not doing its best to promote it. like one of u mentioned here, it has all the formula to be successful. i just hope that setia walk will prosper more in the future. sp setia team that is handling setia walk is slacking off. wtf. do something sp setia!!!

Yesterday I went there for The Hobbit and parked at B2 (ya, it was open on friday night!)

I have to agree that this is a nice place for movie-goers with its better seats and more "leg room" and "arm room".. tongue.gif More than half of the cinema was occupied but overall TGV@ SW is still quite quiet..

Hv you collected 2013 calendar from them? Btw Happy New Year to all.

Added on December 31, 2012, 11:30 pmTonight SW shows us that it has the potential to be THE Social Centre for Puchong: people are pouring into SW on the eve of 2013 in a scale that I believe is unprecedented.

Traffic is heavy around SW and long queue is already piling up even as early as 10pm to enter SW.. I guess car park (both B1 & B2) must be already full as cars are parked along Persiaran Wawasan stretching at least over 200m.

Inside SW, shops on the Ground floor are generally occupied/busy. Notably, sizeable queue are sighted in front of San Nae Deul and Sushi-Teh. tongue.gif
