Intend for own stay at the moment. You can take skypod pricing as benchmark. Same locality, both with lrt nearby, although of course i am more biased towards SW with regards to the pros.

Skypod has 3 years to run. Covillea in BJ is priced at 510/sf - 550/sf and take up rate is not very encouraging. I know many SW owners are looking at 600/sf but I dun think it is achievable before 2014. As I say earlier 500/sf is reasonable. errr.....500 psqft is too low. I don't agree with your price point. I think it should be 550-580 psqft. This price range is doable regardless of slow or fast take-up rate.
