Skypod has 3 years to run.Covillea in BJ is priced at 510/sf - 550/sf and take up rate is not very encouraging. I know many SW owners are looking at 600/sf but I dun think it is achievable before 2014. As I say earlier 500/sf is reasonable. errr.....500 psqft is too low. I don't agree with your price point. I think it should be 550-580 psqft. This price range is doable regardless of slow or fast take-up rate.
