Dont know about others but I haven't got back my keys since I return my keys to them a month ago. Call the maintainance office they said can only return me keys after raya, sigh!

LRT station will be built next to Tesco not infront of Setia Walk. Anyway, 500psf is a value buy now imo since Setia Walk has many positive side plus all the new launches in KV are priced at a ridiculous level.

Yes but valuer will value a prop base on transacted price, so if above deal is true, in future, maybe 3 months later, the valuer might take above deal as reference to value SW apartment then.

Today newspaper stated that station 5 and 12 of ampang ext line lrt station will be cancelled. Where are these station 5 and 12 located? Any affect to setiawalk?

Solace 1096 is 2+1 room. For Brio sp extend the small room to make it 3 rooms.
