talked to an agent couple of days.. facing forest unit fetches higher rental by 200-300 bux compared facing LDP

fully furnished between 2300-2500 (1007/1096 sft)
bare unit 2100-2200(1007/1096 sft)

current tenant mostly from middle income group or staffs in setiawalk
according to the agent no african negro tenant yet...
setiawalk management did something to restrict them in (perhaps what the agent said is true)

confirmed noisy unit facing LDP, the higher floor the noisier (echos from the commercial area at night + LDP traffic flow)

surprisingly good food served at Cafe Kaseh & Absolute Viet...so far these 2 is most boleh tahan restaurant among all in sw i suppose..

just like buying stock, sometimes people with short term view will get scared out when there is minor pullback, hence these group of people can't make big..hehe
