this is your brilliant argument to justify higher pricing? the closer the distance is to a train station makes it more expensive? wow.
and i wonder why avenue k is cheaper than its neighbours.

Skypod is located behind Puchong Business centre. LRT is across the road & have to walk further to the end of IOI mall....with our tropical heat & rain...just imagine the distance...

It is something special and nice. I feel comfortable to have a coffee or drink at the area, but no main tenants enough to pull the crowd to visit regularly.

Pubs are not enough to be the main attraction, and management really have a lot of effort to manage it before the current tenants unable to tahan their current high rental.

I wonder how if LKS is resigned and if PNB take over ....

u look at overtime
now gone from ioi boulevard
overtime used to be BIG thing
but now it disappears one by one

ioi boulevard above 1st floor all empty
failure
no match with sunway giza

they pulled out from sw?

you know if this is not sp setia then we may have to accept it being slow BUT this is sp setia
sad that they focus more on new projects, those that they have bigger stakes like setia alam eco city, etc

a&p just through fb is not as effective
one missed car=loss of potential revenue and it affects all stakes

look at tgv sign
so small like insignificant like that
no justice to tgv
hope tgv can "taruh" sw as they are one of the most anchor tenants

i'm impressed by setia city mall
all runnin but sw...sigh

sw team stomach is full
not hungry=lazy so in the end it affects all

they focus on battersea, uk
also now pkns takes majority shares maybe slack a bit

this is ridiculous
it should've been settled long ago
look at other areas track for lrt all up

Added on December 15, 2012, 1:04 amis it true rm10 for tgv certain seats?

Added on December 15, 2012, 1:14 ami wonder how bee chen hiang survive?
i think sustainable sales come only before cny once a year
they were the 1st to open? hope they don't close
is kenny rogers re-open?

Puchong has 3 giant developers namely Island & Penisular, IOI & SP SETIA. To make Puchong a viable & vibrant place, these developers should have a round table talk to make it a success. It's very much nearer & accessible to KL, hence much upgrading has to be made. Since most of Puchong is developed by IOI, IOI has to put in extra efforts to transform their so called Boulevard & Mall. Honestly speaking I don't have goose bumps walking in the IOI Mall, perhaps 20 years back this concept give me goose bumps. As for Island & Penisular, they are good in residences but a failure in office & shops. SP SETIA is good in innovative concepts & water features themed mixed development is brilliant, but attraction comes in with other efforts. Shop owners should not be too greedy & perhaps offer 3 months free rental & reasonable rental afterwards. Business proprietors should bring in trendy shops & concepts into SW B4 LRT is ready to capture bigger market share. Doom-Sayers should visit SW team to offer ideas based on proper research rather than complaining & making nonsense remarks.

i watched life of pi at tgv setia walk. really a nice place to watch movie. not cramped other other cinemas i have been to. i feel sad for setia walk if sp setia is not doing its best to promote it. like one of u mentioned here, it has all the formula to be successful. i just hope that setia walk will prosper more in the future. sp setia team that is handling setia walk is slacking off. wtf. do something sp setia!!!

Yesterday I went there for The Hobbit and parked at B2 (ya, it was open on friday night!)

I have to agree that this is a nice place for movie-goers with its better seats and more "leg room" and "arm room".. tongue.gif More than half of the cinema was occupied but overall TGV@ SW is still quite quiet..

Seriously SW has potential but really lack of visual attraction...we only can see colorful buildings but donno whats inside...Some of my frens don even know what & where's SW is even though they pass by it few times...They need more eye catching signboards...At least ppl know wats inside...Heard from rumours, the karaoke has pull out...If this is true, they should have looking for other anchor such as Loudspeaker...

sp setia is not setia to setia walk? LOL. all SW owners and tenants should write to SP setia. kasi hentam cukup2. so much for no.1 developer.for setia city mall, they gave all the support that they could give coz own township. u look at setia alam masterplan u will be shocked on how good it will be. this setia walk jadi anak tiri

Inside SPS there are so many divisions, SW is under Commercial division, not sure if KL Eco City is under the same or by a separate division. Setia Alam under Bandar Setia Alam. So, the Commercial division need to buck up. SW Management has an office right in SW, im sure if there are any grouses the tenants will be the first to voice their discontent. They have their rice pot to take care of B-)

All I can say : this SW team is taking in hammers and knocks. The next Brio and Vio will knock em out straight.

Lack of quality manpower is the key.

I'm not that old, but she reminds me of a young Teresa Teng, the sweetgirl next door look. I think her name is Selina, at least the magazine says so tongue.gif

Look at it, Setia Alam looks like no marketing people, they all probably work hard, not work smart. They dun even advertise to outside world of what happening, only do it inside. So there will be no incoming of fresh flow business if they still practice in this way. And sad thing, SP Setia has too many projects to take care, no focus to make things success. Worry also to invest another commercial with them. Some more now, they go London and Singapore. They will forget local. The important things they forgot, if their local projects failed, image will soon tarnished and publice on web, for foreigner, web info will be also a decisive infor. Is it the cause of the interrupting PNBbb? Looks like they have some kind of Tidak Apa attitude influence. For eg the Setia Walk management, really Tidak Apa.
