Hi Spiky88, I'm new in property investment as well. Mine is partial furnish. Rental for partial furnish starts from RM1.6k onwards. Suggest you do partial furnish to attract tenant easier. Yours is Vio?

What I have is kitchen cabinet, hob & hood, wardrobe, bed, sofa, aircond, fan, fridge & curtains.

If you need contractor, I can recommend mine to you.

First 100 Solace buyer gets free kitchen cabinets & wardrobe. SW also did offers the same package to subsequent buyer whereby the cost can be included in the SnP.

Yeah, i didn't fix any grille at my bedroom window and sliding door. Else it will looks like a jail to me tongue.gif But I think it should be safe. I someone can break in thru this 2 channel, i salute them for their effort.

I got a cheap sofa, not leather. Got it nearby sw.

I didn't sue back the original sink bt the tap can be use.

Guess you can sell the sink as scrap.

Since my objective is to rent out, shower curtain is suffice to me. biggrin.gif
