Don't think so. 0 call from agent for brio. How much should I ask for 1007 tesco facing unit 16 floor?

errr.....500 psqft is too low. I don't agree with your price point. I think it should be 550-580 psqft. This price range is doable regardless of slow or fast take-up rate.

How abt Maybank? Checked around unit 1007 sqft with agents, they said can fetch 520k. Not much though as we paid higher for R2.

AIRLINE BRO...

U intend to sell or rent it out?

Collected the keys today. Was told by one of the customer care personnel, 2-room apartment was transacted at RM585K last week. Any idea about this?
