Internet down for 3 days ady.. The modem only the power light lit up, others all show no light.. Called Maxis many times and they keep on saying in the midst of checking.. Feel so disappointed now.. :-(

Guys, we should really do something. Our voices need to be heard.
They are getting tons of complaints and their excuses are maintenance (which ridiculously takes a whole damn month). We have to make a petition or digital sign to complain as a group. I guess 80% of the 10mbps FTTH is having this issue. No point we raging here and complain one by one. Added on September 3, 2012, 11:50 pmNot to mention, the "maintenance" which should be over by end of August, is still "on going" Added on September 4, 2012, 6:09 amWell for me, it's basically only the ping issues. I will know the fate once the TM contractors setup a date to come over and check the equipment. Is both USB on Thomson Router providing power? Thinking of placing a laptop fan under it. |
