Internet down for 3 days ady.. The modem only the power light lit up, others all show no light.. Called Maxis many times and they keep on saying in the midst of checking.. Feel so disappointed now.. :-(

Thanks for your advice.I will keep on calling their CS. But seriously they gonna lost a lot of customer if keep on inefficient like this..

haha how come you're not being charged for those? i was charged accordingly for a call to celcom in my first month (50 cents).. hopefully u don't get a 'bill shock' later on  biggrin.gif

It is the tm modem, today is the 4th day and internet is still down!

Every time call Maxis they sure say in the middle of checking, how long they need to take to resolve a problem?! I feel so regret now, my Maxis home fibre down for 5 days already. Zzz
