but i put a usb hub..so only 1 usb on the thomson are occupied..
but cheap fans from sri comp at lowyat..rm10 each only..

weird, i got my 3rd bill redi, still dont have any charges for other telco calls. why? still free usage?

modem or the thomson router? i had the same problem with the thomson before. only the power led was lit up (in red color though, not the usual yellow).. they replaced the router within 48 hours though..

haha how come you're not being charged for those? i was charged accordingly for a call to celcom in my first month (50 cents).. hopefully u don't get a 'bill shock' later on biggrin.gif

i wonder can any tp-link router replace the thompson. i find the thompson wifi signal strength is low compare with my tp-link router i use for my streamyx last time.

yup, 1st week on for 24/7, scared the fan will blow up cause made in PRC. But after 2 months still working fine, no more worry. electricity consumption also low. Must on for 24/7, if not, the VOIP not working.

it means if u swtich off either 1 of the modem or thomson, the VOIP will not be functioning..
so must keep both on 24/7 to enable the VOIP..
unless u are going for a long vacation, then u can switch off all of the equipments & dont forget to take put the battery from the dect phone..if not it will make noise n batteri died of searching for signal

to be frank... till now my VOIP is not working... but only internet is working...
i try many time to configure but still not idea where goes wrong. sad.gif

Any1 of u configure urself till it works? rolleyes.gif

mind share ur configuration to verify any single step i miss out. notworthy.gif

Did you check your Phone Registered status with the Green "V" or Red "X"?
I screwed up mind and i put back the Password = "your phone number"+ "1".... and is back to live.

Thanks for your advice.I will keep on calling their CS. But seriously they gonna lost a lot of customer if keep on inefficient like this..
