QUOTE(HaweDaJ CollecTionS @ Nov 16 2013, 09:31 AM) Bandaraya development berhad also known as BRDB is a highend developer, known for their highend products, they developed most part of Bangsar, and also the iconic troika klcc, bluwater estate etc etc. A little introduction from their own website:BRDB's journey of building iconic communities began in 1965 with the launch of its first communities in Bangsar. Over the years, the company has grown to be one of Malaysia's most trusted and respected property brands with businesses in property development, management and property investment. BRDB's commitment to quality, craftsmanship and its philosophy of investing and reinvesting in its communities have resulted in addresses of enduring value, with a strong, loyal following for the brand. This is reflected in BRDB being consistently voted at The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards, as one of the top 10 property developers in Malaysia. In 2011, BRDB was amongst the top 10 again for the 9th time.IN THE NEWS CAREERABOUT BRDBPROPERTY PORTFOLIODISCLAIMERPRIVACY POLICYCONTACT USINTRANETSTAFF EMAILSITE MAP© Bandar Raya Developments Berhad 2013 I saw major land clearing in BRDB land located 200m from Anggun 1, should be launching their township soon that is targetting middle high segment, their aim is to replicate bluwater estate here in Rawang, should be exciting Some photo of their current project elsewhere in malaysia: Serai @ bukit bandaraya ![]() Troika KLCC ![]() Senja @ bluwater estate seri kembangan ( BRDB aims to replicate their bluwater estate template here in Rawang per their press statement earlier this year) ![]() This post has been edited by smooth9: Nov 17 2013, 11:37 PM |

QUOTE(valentinonkk @ Dec 2 2013, 05:01 PM) DA Land Sdn Bhd will develop a RM5 billion project in Rawang, Selangor that will transform the town as well as the development landscape along the northern corridor, according to DA Land CEO Derek Chew.Set to be completed in 2018, the project, known as “The TWO”, will comprise a wholesale city, a theme park resort and an outlet mall. “The TWO is a truly integrated development where each component drives off the synergy of each other,” said Chew in a statement. “We believe its unique location, large highway frontage of almost a kilometre and the direct access from and to the highway will ensure the future sustainability of the TWO and its prospective status as iconic Malaysian retail development.” He revealed that the 51-acre development will feature indoor, semi-outdoor and outdoor parks and gardens, with future phases offering more developments to make it the biggest theme park of its kind in the world. Notably, the theme parks will boast uniquely designed landscapes with exotic flora and fauna, while the wholesale city will house cafes, restaurants, an entertainment hub, hotels, a cultural performing centre and a convention centre. For bargain hunters, The TWO will also have wholesale outlets offering fashion and accessories, general merchandise as well as home and household products. Chew noted that the project can be a wholesale regional hub for Asean since Malaysia is a strategic point in Asia for travellers. |

Dear all,
Wonder if anyone here or your friend cancel unit and has they received any refund? I would like to highlight the KIM Realty is really had a worse service in sales service but when you buy that time you are like a GOD, cancel or anything that will bother them then they will start ignore you. they are so inefficient and unhelpful. i hope the developer would know this and inform the realty to improve on the customer sales service as we do not buy 100k-300k houses, we are buying something high-end in rawang. |
