Dear all,

Wonder if anyone here or your friend cancel unit and has they received any refund?
I would like to highlight the KIM Realty is really had a worse service in sales service but when you buy that time you are like a GOD, cancel or anything that will bother them then they will start ignore you. they are so inefficient and unhelpful. i hope the developer would know this and inform the realty to improve on the customer sales service as we do not buy 100k-300k houses, we are buying something high-end in rawang.
*
Couldnt agree more. Their customer service is one of the worst i hv encountered with.

I am considering to issue a complaint letter to Rawang Property Sdn Bhd.

Who is the agent that is servicing you. Mine is alright. Maybe I didn't cancel my purchase. You should tell us the name and photo of the agent and we will not buy from him in the future. That is the power of Internet.

Yo, Bro..Wow! You know someone in developer, now u are doing the right thing, otherwise you are barking at the wrong tree. Refund should come from developer, and Kim agent can only help you to submit your cancellation to developer n help you ask devloper about it..

So, u have cancel 1 unit and keep 1 unit for urself wink.gif

I am please to see there is such anchor development in Rawang. However frankly speaking, I think it is very ambitious
(too ambitious?) for a new developer for such project who have not even complete any before though their 1st project running well according to news. & for this kind of mega project, how high is the successful rate without much co-operation from local authorities in upgrade the infrastructure & highlighting the spot as a must see stop? Even with the deep pocket of the backbone (the owner of the company), I still doubt if this is sustainable. Just my 2 cents opinion.

agent surely have no mean to apologise.

yes i cancelled one because of the sux service and yet do not want to invest on same area. went to mont'kiara instead. tongue.gif

dream big is good but sometimes execution might make the product into wrong direction
developer selling retail unit may cause tough retail management in the future.

I heard from one of the Anggun 3 buyer yesterday that, the developer (RPSB or Hong Bee) does not allow the house owners to sell their unit(s) through external agents.

One of his fren bought the Anggun 2. His fren has to obtain the consent from the developer if he wants to sell. And he has to go through the in-hse agent from the developer.

Anyone heard about this?? Is it possible and true??

I share your view. Moreover their ave selling price for their retail shop is 2500 psf, which is record high in Rawang. The sales claim to have wholesale , hotel, convention center, theme park and etc, they cannot name me a single operator to manage it.
Seriously speaking, for commercial in Rawang, I will park my money in Anggun City. At least the developer do not over promise and the price in reasonable at about 400+ psf. In addition, Jusco is just next to it and it is real not hearsay like DA land.

Developers only interested in making money building houses non stop, by ignoring the flood and amenities issue.

Just wondering is it developer's responsibility to make the drainage or the responsibility of the gov't to do it. This flooding , traffic jam , security and etc has been an issue in Rawang for more than 20 years. During BN era, they promise to solve it but wasn't done. Main reason Rawang elected opposition. Hopefully this time they will work for the people not their pocket.
