simple, rawang is simply too far for many, and many bought it during the property peak cycle to flip for profits or for investment... only small amount bought it for own stay

Thanks..its a nice place and far is relative..far from where. I'm currently living at Bukit Jelutong and it takes 1hour to commute to office at Sri Hartamas. Commuting to A3 takes the same time..sometimes quicker than to Bukit Jelutong...but the worry is the number of houses empty even after many years of VP.

Hmm okay. Is it good place for own stay? Planning to get a unit soon here. Not much feedback can be found online on the workmanship review.

This place looks nice, but a bit far from PJ / KL area. It is free hold right?

Yes, Subsale, just visit it yesterday, quite a nice place, but a lot of empty house, I think a lot of investor there, they target to flip it, unfortunately due to economy and the places is in rawang, they cant flip it. But i bet it will a good place to invest or stay, once the economy is moving again, it will be booming.

Hi. I’m getting another project in rawang too. Almost done. I like this place compared to south KL projects as rawang has easier access to plus and its nearer to north as well, my hometown.
