simple, rawang is simply too far for many, and many bought it during the property peak cycle to flip for profits or for investment... only small amount bought it for own stay 1nonly liked this post

I'm currently living at Bukit Jelutong and it takes 1hour to commute to office at Sri Hartamas. Commuting to A3 takes the same time..sometimes quicker than to Bukit Jelutong...but the worry is the number of houses empty even after many years of VP. |

I like this place compared to south KL projects as rawang has easier access to plus and its nearer to north as well, my hometown. |
