Any body have more details about the medium to low cost apartment beside Anggun 3?

I am concern if those projects will lower down the living quality of Anggun 3. As I believe a lot of cars will park along the public road & the main road will be congested if the site cater a lot of residents with this high rise properties.

Guys, today Sin Chew Jit Poh BIG news! Abandon chicken farm near the flyover has been use for illegal chemicals dumping area approximately 2 years. The investigation report will only complete within 3-4 weeks. What you think about it?

Not sure the actual location. According to the news, just about 500m from the under construction flyover.

Anyway I think there is not much difference since the developer do rebate 4% if no DIBS. They will pay out once the progress payment reach 50%.

My main concern is whether the Indian temple will be expand or not. Although I visited the current temple which looks small, but there is a notice board there from MPS about the building of temple. Furthermore there are 2 plots of small private land between the temple & Bayu Lagenda, seems to be only practical for temple expansion. Initially I thought Hong Bee might offer them others plot of land to move away but was told by SA that they was offered the current site by Hong Bee to moved from Anggun 2 site & the transfer of title is almost done.

I am not racist but I really hope A3 can be my ideal home without a lot of external disturbance.

This round I vote to CIMB as the sales staff market knowledge is better & the processing efficiency is much better than OCBC.

This week The Edge DA land promoting their The Two project aiming as tourist hub to cater the user of North South highway. Pretty impressive & ambitious. Hopefully will keep changing more mindset & impression of more urban people about Rawang.

I am please to see there is such anchor development in Rawang. However frankly speaking, I think it is very ambitious
(too ambitious?) for a new developer for such project who have not even complete any before though their 1st project running well according to news. & for this kind of mega project, how high is the successful rate without much co-operation from local authorities in upgrade the infrastructure & highlighting the spot as a must see stop? Even with the deep pocket of the backbone (the owner of the company), I still doubt if this is sustainable. Just my 2 cents opinion.
