Distance wise (approximation only) from:

Kundang interchange (LATAR-under construction):
-to MR1 7.5km (traffic light to MR1 entrance)
-to MR2 9.5km
-to Anggun 9.5km (McD Anggun)
-to EW 10.5km (first lake you see from AEON Rawang)


Tasik Puteri interchange (LATAR-under construction):
-to MR2 (5km)
-to MR1 (7km)
-to Anggun (11km)
-to EW (12km)


Rawang interchange (PLUS):
-to Anggun (2.5km)
-to EW (3.5km)
-to MR1 (5.5km)
-to MR2 (7.5km)

From Kundang LATAR interchange to Tasik Puteri LATAR interchange just approx. add another 5km

Connect up 3 interchange, MR1 location is the best. IMO next booming area should be Kundang.

If based on "cadangan pelan pembangunan MPS 20... (can't remember the year)" there will be the road that can connect Anggun directly to Kundang, so distance wise will be the same for MR1 and Anggun (approximately 7.5km) from Kundang interchange.

Same with the road that can connect EW directly to Sungai Buaya interchange (PLUS)...

but all these are still "cadangan pembangunan MPS" whether it will materialise or not....not sure wooo.....

So for distance wise... it should be Anggun woooo....

location wise is pretty much tie to personal activities and routines.

I personally uses plus direct to kl o damansara area. If we needed to divert to another highway I guess not my choice. Higher cost but real good study by penggunabaik. Maybe im more favourable to the amenities eg jusco and and infrastructure done by hong bee and I personally never like mah sing workmanship and the company could changes a main contractor half way. Sorry but dun get too offended ya buyers. =)

my friend actually bought anggun early phases.. real headache on workmanship.. check out the thread on this forum..

yes... Anggun 1 worksmanship not really that good. Even Paramount (Kemuning Utama) also not good. I believe it down to luck as well.

You meant whole Selangor. But some Parlimen belong to PR but ADUN belong to BN. but for Rawang side, Both parlimen and adun is under PKR.

anyway, so far rawang ADUN is doing quite a good job. hope she will continue to improvise the infra in rawang.

This week The Edge DA land promoting their The Two project aiming as tourist hub to cater the user of North South highway. Pretty impressive & ambitious. Hopefully will keep changing more mindset & impression of more urban people about Rawang.

i think yesterday there's massive jam at Caltex area (road heading into Anggun 3) due to overflowed river. i think she went to that site to understand the whole situation. maybe you can find the picture she took at her twitter. at least she's on field to get understanding of the issue.

Anyone know where is the Bandar Raya Development located? My friend told me, the site more than 300 acres and will be launching soon..
