last week i went to sales gallery. Anggun 3 launch postponed.

I was told Anggun 2 early birds paid < rm600k for it, am I right? Amberly late phase above 600k and both launched almost some time. If Anggun 3 2sty 22x70 cost 6xxk must be worth to buy compared with Emerald West subsale 20x70 520k, 26x80 8xxk (developer price).

Compared to M Residen 22x80 rm733k...which one is your choice?

Anyone can update what is the soft launch package?

I just came back fron the launch look see look see only, a lot of people, parked inside until the outside roubdabout, price 698k before early birds for standard intermediate, only few lots standard 2 storey remain when I left about 1115am, the rest are all corner, odd size with additional land anf 3 storey. Yhe standard 2 storey lots should be fully sold by today

P.s. its hard to take photos as other purchaser are standing at the sticker board lol, bare with the low quality photo

Maybe i can share based on my estimation:

I still saw some remains unsold DSL, example:

a) With bigger/extra size, end lot (more expensive) - left about 6-8 units?
b) Then facing west north still got some - left about 3 - 4 units? (at the bottow, last row there, which nearest to Perimeter)
c) Beside TNB station - left 2 biji. This is end lot and should be related to #a

Hope this info can give you all more clear picture.
