Since news have been updated quite regularly about this project, just matter of time WCT announce their launching. I'm also quite eager to know, that's why I log in LYN everyday. laugh.gif

The difference is whether it is going to be build and when it is going to be launch.

The Mall will be confirmed to be build together with service apartments, office towers and etc which WCT Berhad already announced it. If regarding when they going to build, it is not confirm yet where WCT Berhad only announced that they will going launch the service apartment by either late 2013 or early 2014 and most likely to be next year. For the Mall, sources was told that it is going to be plan to build at 2014 or 2015 and completes in 2 years time.

the Phase 1 would be very soon.

They had settled the Klang semi-d and fully booked just fortnight ago and once the upcoming commercial shops at Klang along Kesas is done, this one would be coming next.

Got so many potential projects but since the next one will be my 5th, i have to be very careful where i invest. PLus with the uncertainity of the 2015-2017 period, im extra cautious.
