Do ur guy know what the tile they gonna use for the floor? It is all unit is fully furnish or only give the kitchen cabinet?

which bank panel ur guy prefer to select if you hv selection? HL or ambank? DO you pay the MTRA by fully or installment?

Those who believed Highway or LRT view are problems or headache, they certainly do not prefer this kind of location and maybe considering RM 550-600 psf condo. Those really trust this development is a fair or bargain buy, they do not mind either one of the view. I buy facing South or KM1 or The Treez, because I prefer partly Golf View, landed in front of me to ensure no further blocking and also where KM1 and Treez are not too near. I certainly not standing in the balcony just to look down for the LRT view. Most of all, I skip Pool View because of escaping from highway dust and noise. |
