Hmm not much effect for KR2 bcz just few months after VP.

Actually I more happy if they delay the LRT operation to 2018 or later or even better is, cancel the LRT but to maintain the new proposed road. Lol.

Yup agreed. The proposed new access road across to Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1 is the MOST crucial thing.

alamak, Chris you don't like the LRT? Few years later KL might be getting super jam how to go to town..... hmm.gif

Is this LRT station behind KR2 a park & ride station?

Haha. If I decide for rental, then maybe I like the LRT to boost up the chance of my unit to let out bcz KR2 is one of the project nearby / next to old / new LRT which boasted the nearest walking distance... but anyway LRT users would not be my main target tenants.

If no LRT there or postpone to at least few years after VP, then most likely I plan for own stay bcz my unit at KR2 is the biggest size of my highrise portfolio and maybe as alternative to others. Hehe.

I regularly used Smart linked to Kesas from Pavilion KL, it just took us 30-40 min to reach Bkt Jalil, I think quite okay la bcz KR2 is very near the Jln 1/155B new entry / exit road. Jam is good. Jam means wong and happening.

KR2 is easy to access to any highway. Old Klang Road, Puchong, Sepang, Kuala Lumpur, MRR2, Klang

Agree, that is the most important road. The proposed road can be ready next year, but won't be open until 2015 due to traffic lights installation and lorries heavily use the road currently, with LRT operation might delay till mid-2016, not surprise if they going to open it by then.

KUALA LUMPUR: A van parked by the side of the road was crushed by a crane that toppled over while lifting steel bars.

Nobody was injured in the incident, which happened at the Kiara Residence project in Bukit OUG here at about 4pm on Monday.

The van, belonging to a plumbing company, was parked opposite the entrance of the construction project while its occupants were at work inside.

The crane blocked a road across the Shah Alam Highway, connecting Taman Yarl to Bukit OUG, forcing residents of the neighboring apartments to make a detour in order to get home.

Another crane arrived shortly before 8.30pm to lift the fallen crane, which was removed after two hours.
