Tower 2 type C unit 8 got a few leftover. Anyone has an explanation or it's just coincidence ?

As of now there's nothing much to update besides waiting for S&P in October. Anyone been to the site lately and how's the progress?

Bro, I'm getting type C and at lower mid floor. I think the other buyer's is at 3 - 5, but not too sure coz I've only heard the legal firm ppl talking about it among themselves and also afew are not signing the S&P due to the car park allocation.
Hmmm..I've overheard the b****ing among the legal firm ppl that its unlikely the developer will entertain any request to change the car parks location

kr2 either facing kesas highway or lrt track, kr1 is either facing kesas highway or the rainz/bukit oug. giving a choice, i will defenily choose facing the rainz/bukit oug. highway and lrt track facing is what i try hard to avoid.

kiara residence and bukit oug is seperated by one block of pusat komuniti. the distance between kiara residence 1 unit and bukit oug unit is roughly 70m away from each other, and i could tell u this distance is not consider close coz it is common to see 2 different block facing each other with 10m distance away from each other, especially the blocks that sitting in the same development or same compund.

but facing lrt track and highway with such short distance will defenitely give u nightmare and disturb all the time. no matter it is for own stay or investment, should always try to avoid them. but kiara residence 2 has no other facing. if die die want to go for it, i will choose facing kesas highway with lower floor to reduce the noise polution. but sometime i heard ppl say after staying for longer time, will become use to the noise

I have to agree with you. Frankly I'm getting this for my own stay, of course I did take noise pollution into consideration. I'm a person who on air-con almost everyday thus I don't really open my windows. I'm sure those who have purchased a unit facing highway have already made their wise decision.

If there's an exit at L4 carpark, then all problem solved. Did you ask developer this question?

My god, type C got L4 ! No matter how low floor your unit is, it's just does not make sense.

Definitely they will not budge, I am pretty sure about that. Take it or leave it. Their motto.

But it really reflects on them, whether they have the ambition to be a good developer or a bad developer.

Hey dude, did you signed the S&P then? I was talking to another couple who bought Type C and got L4 for their carparks as well, and i think they bought the unit with 3 car parks! (before the latest offering)

What is the type of the 3 units you mentioned?

Before this, I only know or remember 2 Type Cs at Tower 1 low floor and another unit at Tower 3 Level 18.

If Type C buyers get L4 parking would be very frustrated, same goes to me because I purposely buy Type C instead of B due to this issue.

I just come back from Sales office ... i go sneak peak my file (thank god is there now) and took out the CP letter .. then i play poker game .. (moh pin moh pin) .. then i got my parking at L2 ... from the plan it looks like i got a private lot which both side also no car which is only wall and when get off the car i can take a good view of the highway before go up my unit Signing the S&P this weekend with wife

i'll kill them if they change mine to other ppl .. i know my CP number too .. and document all mention CP lot
