Hey, thanks for the update Bro. In the second photo, KR1 is just right beside KR2? Meaning both entrance for KR1 and KR2 is facing the highway?  hmm.gif
*
No worries bro. I am a newbie here. Booked a unit with my wifey for own stay.

Yes. KR1 is just beside KR2. And you see the bridge across the highway? The entrances for both KR1 and KR2 should be along the road after the bridge, not the ones facing the highway (there's actually no proper roads down there which is used mainly by the construction machinery now as previously they were used by the small farms around the area).

Tower 2 type C unit 8 got a few leftover. Anyone has an explanation or it's just coincidence ?
*
Maybe there are cases of loans getting rejected? Heard there's still a certain percentage that is still in the midst of applying for loans...

As of now there's nothing much to update besides waiting for S&P in October. Anyone been to the site lately and how's the progress?
*
Site is basically the same but definitely more activity now as every day goes by. Can basically see that they are already doing soil-related work.

Bro, I'm getting type C and at lower mid floor. I think the other buyer's is at 3 - 5, but not too sure coz I've only heard the legal firm ppl talking about it among themselves and also afew are not signing the S&P due to the car park allocation.
Hmmm..I've overheard the b****ing among the legal firm ppl that its unlikely the developer will entertain any request to change the car parks location
doh.gif
I don't think they will be entertaining any form of request to change the car park locations irrespective of the reasons / issues encountered by the buyers... the developer is not budging on this at all.

kr2 either facing kesas highway or lrt track, kr1 is either facing kesas highway or the rainz/bukit oug. giving a choice, i will defenily choose facing the rainz/bukit oug. highway and lrt track facing is what i try hard to avoid.
Well... the distance between KR1 and Bukit OUG is extremely near and that Bukit OUG is quite dense. Chances are if you are facing Bukit OUG, all you will ever see when you open your windows is a full view of all the your mates in Bukit OUG. So that would mean no walking around in your underwear in your own home and vice versa else you could be the latest sensation posted on Facebook or 9Gag...

kiara residence and bukit oug is seperated by one block of pusat komuniti. the distance between kiara residence 1 unit and bukit oug unit is roughly 70m away from each other, and i could tell u this distance is not consider close coz it is common to see 2 different block facing each other with 10m distance away from each other, especially the blocks that sitting in the same development or same compund.

but facing lrt track and highway with such short distance will defenitely give u nightmare and disturb all the time. no matter it is for own stay or investment, should always try to avoid them. but kiara residence 2 has no other facing. if die die want to go for it, i will choose facing kesas highway with lower floor to reduce the noise polution. but sometime i heard ppl say after staying for longer time, will become use to the noise sweat.gif
True... the distance between KR1 and Bkt OUG is roughly as such but really... I wld prefer to face the h'way anytime than to face Bkt OUG if I were to purchase KR1.

And yes it is true. At first you may find the h'way a bit noisy but after a while it becomes 'background noise' to you. It does... really (based on personal experience). nod.gif

I have to agree with you. Frankly I'm getting this for my own stay, of course I did take noise pollution into consideration. I'm a person who on air-con almost everyday thus I don't really open my windows. I'm sure those who have purchased a unit facing highway have already made their wise decision.
*
With air-cond on and windows closed, you will be fine. smile.gif

Well... congrats to some of you who have gotten good car parks at Level 1 or 2...

I have to admit the car park allocation is screwed up big time and have caused a lot of unhappiness. I booked a Type C and I got Level 4! And it is not even exactly near to the lift where my tower is located. Brought it up as an official complaint but yet the developer refused to budge nor do anything about it as they don't want to request any form of changes whatsoever with regards to the car parks...

If there's an exit at L4 carpark, then all problem solved. Did you ask developer this question?
*
Exit? Yeah... of course... going up the spiral driveway for 3 floors before we can exit... smile.gif

My god, type C got L4 ! No matter how low floor your unit is, it's just does not make sense.

Definitely they will not budge, I am pretty sure about that. Take it or leave it. Their motto.

But it really reflects on them, whether they have the ambition to be a good developer or a bad developer.
*
Yeah... no budging at all... that's final. Even after meeting up and discussing with all the necessary ppl 'cos my case is kind of a unique case 'cos I was sort of misinformed by the SA...

And yeah... they are really going with the 'take it or leave it' motto (judging from how they are handling complaints)...

What is the type of the 3 units you mentioned?

Before this, I only know or remember 2 Type Cs at Tower 1 low floor and another unit at Tower 3 Level 18.

If Type C buyers get L4 parking would be very frustrated, same goes to me because I purposely buy Type C instead of B due to this issue.
It's a Type C... bought one of the 2 that came with 3 car parks (back then before the latest price increase) and was told it was premium and all that bullshit and ended up with a reward of 3 car parks right down at L4...

Well at least I can run straight to the swimming pool if I am in need to go to the toilet after driving considering it is on the same level (if one looks at the positive side of things)... biggrin.gif

*
Yeah... it's a small world eh? Well went back... thought about it... came back next day... negotiated but nothing could be done... went back... thought about it again... came back the next day and decided to sign it.

Well... I like the place and I see potentials in it so I ain't gonna' let the carpark level allocated to let me down. The more important thing is that in the end, the developer has got to deliver quality end-product (and on time as well of course). biggrin.gif

Err... if I am not mistaken, I thought I did see that visitor parking has been allocated to L4. And then someone did also mention that all levels have visitor parking as well. Which one is right or accurate information, that I can't confirm. But I remember seeing clearly visitor parking on L4...

I don't think they are entertaining any form of request to change car park allocation at all. But if anyone got his/hers changed, do share. Thanks. smile.gif

Haha always seem quite in tune with bro Chris.

Yeah I know they won't. Take it or leave it.

Very likely there is a list. But they will never disclose it, knowing the rate of issues the car park allocation has caused.

And yes, they are now showing a 'take it or leave it' attitude. Guess that's what happens when you know you've got a best seller there. smile.gif
