dont feel very confortable wt the SA as he is too cunning... wt the ans he reply there is forever not a firm ans.. n change topic kind... BTW i asked him for a actual spec of the house... he just again wt that kind of languages n voice tone... no worries la.. nothing to b afraid of... those are not important things now... all you need to worry is when you get the house that time only.. fainted with his kind of ans ~!

Wondering why the developer / SA are so secretive of the spec of the house? n yet they refuse to give to the customer?

Wondering they really can trust or not~! as new developer wt 1st project... some more high rise..

but facing lrt track and highway with such short distance will defenitely give u nightmare and disturb all the time. no matter it is for own stay or investment, should always try to avoid them. but kiara residence 2 has no other facing. if die die want to go for it, i will choose facing kesas highway with lower floor to reduce the noise polution. but sometime i heard ppl say after staying for longer time, will become use to the noise

I haven't signed my SPA. I am still thinking if it is worthwhile investing my trust with this developer. Losing faith now.
