Wow seems crane accident is getting more and more common. The one before this was at Seri Kembangan.

U can see the long land is fenced up if u drive thru Mex Highway towards Kuchai Lama / KL.

No worry, to be launch as early as next year.

Ada value vs all current launches ma ... so can close one eye on the supply factor haha

Anyway I also been dropping by showroom several times since beginning of the year ... cant get any units also ...

Who got kang tao or agents who are reading this who have units do pm me ya .. i know you are reading this thread ... hehe ... tnx

No la. Just asking and curious only. Bcz normal units fully booked so long dy, sure got loan rejected units and see how long the dev took to release it. Got kawan interested actually.

Cannot show hand all my chips into one project or developer la.

Haha. What insider news u want? Okay, KR1 now already got demand n surprisingly most owners not keen to sell n to hold or only rental.

There are 2-3 units of Type A asking at RM 520-530k and had found one unit agreed at RM 510k. I awaiting to see the offer of Type C and its demand, probably by VP in Dec. KR1 now value at RM 485-495 psf.

Wow...with that value KR1 owners all grinning ear to ear especially those early birds. Definitely hold till completion of WCT project. I wonder how much more it will gain by then. tongue.gif

Chris Boss, i know there are a few biji available.. price increased again though.. If ur friend ok with it hv to be fast

Yes, price increased again. A very good news of paper profit for esp those who bought Type A, the smallest unit. Somemore, the RM 300 psf's KR1, which is schedule to complete by Dec 2013, already got demand and had reach almost RM 500 psf bank valuation, which means KR2 is much higher than prevail price.

Yes, I informed my friends dy, duwan keep push them. Later anything happen, I very teruk if my tips bring people go Holland. lol. Now I know that, if my current boss fire me, I can become a prop agent.
