KUALA LUMPUR: A van parked by the side of the road was crushed by a crane that toppled over while lifting steel bars.

Nobody was injured in the incident, which happened at the Kiara Residence project in Bukit OUG here at about 4pm on Monday.

The van, belonging to a plumbing company, was parked opposite the entrance of the construction project while its occupants were at work inside.

The crane blocked a road across the Shah Alam Highway, connecting Taman Yarl to Bukit OUG, forcing residents of the neighboring apartments to make a detour in order to get home.

Another crane arrived shortly before 8.30pm to lift the fallen crane, which was removed after two hours.

No la. Just asking and curious only. Bcz normal units fully booked so long dy, sure got loan rejected units and see how long the dev took to release it. Got kawan interested actually.

Haha. What insider news u want? Okay, KR1 now already got demand n surprisingly most owners not keen to sell n to hold or only rental.

There are 2-3 units of Type A asking at RM 520-530k and had found one unit agreed at RM 510k. I awaiting to see the offer of Type C and its demand, probably by VP in Dec. KR1 now value at RM 485-495 psf.

Francis is the WCT SA's boss. It's true that semua units until bumi lots also habis. But doubt if u already has his contact but he didn't inform you when would be the new released units.

But they still have some loan rejected units and I think it would be open soon.

Problem is, are you willing to enter at increased price again, although all are quite good medium to high floor units with 3 car parks of good level and lots near lifts.
