As he told me, he can only afford RM100 per month...and maybe skip some month since he got other debts...dunno how much is he goin to pay me...hard to contact him nowadays...

Yes, agree with this. Really shameful yet there is no DISPUTE TAG on him.

Safe trader tag is not important one la, mine one I already lost count, without tag also can be a good trader, just depend on how you handle ur case and ur customer.
A successful trader is even without safe trader tag, ur customers also will satisfy on ur price, ur packaging, ur RMA service, ur shipment update, ur chosen courier company and the description of the product and bla bla bla

New update...just got his email saying that he will start payment as soon as I ship the lens back to him with all the parts (except 2 missing screws).

If so then I do it RM1/month.

Come on, who gets refund before sending back the faulty item?
