I think it's better if he refund me first and after all finished, then I return back the lens. Am I right?

@Silverfire

Izwan paid you the lens before you ship out the item. So I guess, you have to refund him first before he start shipping out your lens. Well, this is applicable apparently because you have lost the trust of many forumer here, and importantly, izwan himself.

I'm quite sure if you handle this issue appropriately in the past, Izwan would surely return the lens first before you can proceed with the refunds, but I guess it's too late for this option already.

You have to start to learn to compromise about this matter. TS is very patience about this case already, so you have to treat it fair and square.

Just do both of yourself a favor, get this issue down fast. The longer you delay, the harder the case is going to be solved.

this is one hell of an epic tread

few hundred RM for a "Safe Trader" tag in conclusion = not worth it plus the time you spend on it. in the end you still losing it

from the 1st page I already know seller will find all excuses to run away by involving 3rd party. but this kind of tactic already too common & won't work

kudos to TS for being so persistence in hunting down this kind of irresponsible seller unlike other forumer which being conned = without further drastic action

well I do believe in karma, good or bad thing(s) you did to other people will come back to you in any sort of form either on your or love ones

my advise to seller, stop twisting and turn as you don't have much room left, RM500 not worth all the trouble. just refund and put an end to this. reputation take time to build and only take one moment to tarnish, guess it's too late for you to realize

to buyer, play your part as well. next time when make a deal/purchase, do inspect the product in details & not only come back to seller after few months

I admit my mistake on the part of initial thorough checking upon receiving the lens...but this is an interesting experience that I had since 6 years of trading here...

okok smile.gif ..Im a noob to these stuff.

Gonna get a good camera next time, I love beautiful pictures too.

Btw, Silverfire lost his "Safe Trader" tag, but still have to refund, ... not worth it. If he settle privately with you then its all happy ending, he keeps his tag and you got what you deserve. doh.gif

Verdict: Izwan won biggrin.gif , heck even if you don't get back enough money him, but still safe trader gone !!! That tag is priceless !

The Safe Trader tag shouldnt return to him no matter what is the ending. Already proven that he dont deserve it. Let him keeping it will tarnish the image of other Safe Trader n other fellow might fall into his trap.

With Safe Trader tag gone n without refund, Izwan still lost $$$, n Silverfire can still business as usual.

Just my 2 cents n no offend ! icon_rolleyes.gif

I think its hard to put Dispute Tag on him since you also negligence on the screw part, only found out after 50 days sad.gif

No offense, its just when I read through all the dispute topics, I hardly see any dispute given to the bad guy.

I don't trust you either, what if I paid you the money, you keep the lens and frame me for more stuff? Post me the lens, I refund you. Cannot agree to that? TTPM.

The first owner has ran out on me and decided not to reply at all. You're lucky I still bother to give you any reply.

Lol. U think I won't go to TTPM? Still with the arrogant attitude?

I'm lucky? I think it's u who's lucky I'm not reporting to TTPM yet. But with this attitude, why not? And with all the details, I won't hesitate to go and meet your parents or even your college. Think first before u talk boy.

And what's the possibility that I will be framing u again with all the records and details here regarding the lens? Do tell it here please.

<--start deal #1-->
you bought the lens from <whoever that guy name is>
<--close deal #1-->

<--start deal #2-->
then u sold it to TS
<--close deal #2-->

its a wonder how you can link deal#2 back to deal#1 when its clearly your fault that you sold a defective item

Just file the TTPM claim dude, no use slandering all around here. You can come meet anyone you like, even my grandparents. It doesn't change a thing, or are you trying to scare me into succumbing to you?

For starters, I had no foreknowledge of the lens being defective. Neither is the lens was submitted for repair by me.
