I'm afraid Silverfire already make himself very clear that he dont want to hold responsibility, he only willing to "help" u get ur money back from Salvator, which is very unethical n irresponsible.

He gave u 2 choices, 1) if u agreed, he will convey the message to salvator that he is given until 20th Aug to refund RM500, if fail to do so then will let the authority take legal action. 2) just let the authority take legal action. That's the only thing he's willing to do to settle, n im not sure do u make any agreement with him.

This is our sms conversation:

Me: Bro can u email to nikon too and show that ttpm report to them?
Him: Means I file a claim with partial name, show them, then file another claim with full name?
Me: Yeah. Then how bro? I don't think Nikon will cooperate.
Him: I do like that lo. My friend say got tribunal claim they will release de. I file it as soon as possible today (Wed 8th Aug) or tomorrow (Thurs 9th Aug) then I forward the report to you.
Me: Ok bro. Hope all ends well.

Yesterday I sms him...no reply....

what a world. I think safe trader should not be exist in the 1st place as even with that tag, on9 trading is nvr safe. and no matter how much $$ he make in the forum, it's never enough to justify that he/she is 100% safe.

whatsmore, these seller/trader use their safe trader tag as a symbol to act proud and giv most excuse when shit happens.
