I receive IPHOMES sms notification from them. JChoo taikor know earlier than me as he was informed by the banker. Normally bankers will be the first one to know about new launches. Be friend with them will have a lot of ahead-of-time information

OK it is Pentas 4 but response so so....Banker said Pentas series 1-3 good buy, Pentas 4 with smaller build up at 2900+ sq ft starting at RM 855888..,not really a good buy.

i was there for a while. looks like total of 64 units launch instead of 92. i saw 1 of the boards of list of the houses available are partially sealed on the prices' colums. probably the remaining units. no dibs offered if i am not wrong. really not a good bargain.. the whole row facing south is facing the future medium cost apartment.
