i have seen the plan. yes going through I-city based on that. I am wishing they go through setia city mall. sp setia already waiting for lrt to come there.

Dude, all sold out ler. Only left bungalow 2 units, semi-d 5 units and some 3 storeys superlink type I. Others sold out. rclxub.gif

With bumi discount, rm618k. I bought like 1 month ago. somebody loan tak lepas. But still not so good deal like rm400k++ 2 years ago

Speculative element:
1. mall 1.7mil sf GLA
2. LRT?

Pro
1. Direct access from federal highway
2. right to run entertainment biz in shah alam
3. DIBS, some usual perks like legal fees etc
4. developer not leveraged

con
1. mall not confirmed
2. priced at >500psf and >600k, quite easy to get landed property in klang with bigger built up ( but i am paying 500psf for 3 yrs down the road so i am hoping it appear to be a cheaper option when other new projects launched at a higher price later).
3.Ghost town currently - no biz activities
4. 900 units of soho launched

u can get a better idea from propwtf..

but u wouldnt want to have house price stagnant for two yrs right..so it is good that it gets more exp..

The price is the biggest concern for me and follow by, the probability of future tenants, shoppers, visitors and etc. ...

Yes, all done & over. I hope I&P wake-up and fast progress. In the 5 years time, this year are right timing start with commercial land first.

Don't wait & see, will waste another 5 years more.
