for your info, im not overweight at all. anybody else here who need to do type of medical test for your mrta? bcoz i feel it kinda overkill to do a stress test for a home loan. my last house when i bought didnt have to do this kind of test.

Depending on bank. Some bank require if ur loan amount is more than 500k. I was asked too. They send someone to your house to take blood n urine sample if u r nt free to go to their appointed lab.

I need to do this test too. It does not necessarily mean you have to be overweight for this requirement. There are many other factors that require this such as sum assured, age group, smoker status, declaration of any other ore existing health problem (hypertension, diabetes and etc).

Perhap your last house not so expensive. Insurance has something call no evidence limit. If insurance amount exceed no evidence limit, they require you do some medical test in order to provide you coverage.

My apologise. the VP letter is dated on 4 October 2013.

Such, you can collect keys by 18 Oct 2013 onwards instead to what I said on 19 Oct 2013.

Received letter on CF and VP, need bank to release the balance first, was told bank was given 2weeks from yesterday. There's some deposits that we need to pay I&P -TNB/Syabas deposit, and some other charges ~1.5k-Can pay via online.

Yahoo... finally P2 ready. Heard from the I&P staffs, P2 a lot of owners bought the place for own stay... fast fast take key, fast fast inspect and fix, fast fast reno and move in...see you guys there..my future neighbours.
*P1 all for investment purpose, was there last week... none of the units were under renovation, all covered with banners. Hopefully the Fish and Goat going to happen within 1st half next year...
