By the way how do u guys go there coz pentas 2 is very deep inside rite? Did u guys go from the opposite sales gallery entrace or the entrace next to the main road (near the pentas 3 sigbboard)

looking at the progress i think pentas 2 is on track vp nexy year oct...
i hope they will delay and compensate us some money..hehe

Looking from the photos, generally i think pentas 2 is quite nice. Would be nice if the door is white color and chnage the door knobs The knobs look a bit old fashion type.

Also the siwtch plug change to legrand types. Looks more elegant.
By the way, this unit is without courtyard rite?

hmmm....want to renovate house also no money liao..

but having said that, what is most important for all pentas owner is the FENCING!
lets us all here hope that inp will go extra miles and fence it.
Safety is something of a very high concern nowadays in our country.

99.9% of owner will want access card entry.

99.9% of owner will also want gurka guards wif dog..

The list goes on....hehe

I wud prefer hot maid rather than hot mak guard.. After all pentas got 1 maid room.....hehe

Even if I'm investor I will also pay. Security is not something that we shud take for granted given the current circumstances...

I'm in opinion that local council shud amend the law making it compulsory for everybody to pay for security juz like when we pay cukai pintu. If one fail to pay, fine them..

Otherwise nobody will care especially in here in our country.

So far only talk but no official confirmation that Inp will do the fencing and build a proper guard house.

Otherwise we have take up ourself when we form RA in future..even that does not guarantee everybody is willing to fork out money for fencing and guard.

Went to sales gallery, apparently according to SA, sales drop back to 47 unit for pentas 3.

Ya bro Amint. Many loan not approve. Some buyer even resort to adding three name otherwise difficult to get approval.
Pentas 2 also got some leftover units.
Guess time are tough nowadays...

This I can agree becoz if you notice there is no advert n promotion at all by inp. Considering their peers like sd and sps, inp is the least agressive though their product is probably one of the best in market.
They shud co joint together with sps n I'm sure ai will be a much more lively township. Even I feel naza ttdi appears to be more agressive than inp.
Inp is lucky as they have deep pocket n the land there belongs to them otherwise I'm sure they will have hard time to survive.

Pentas 2, 70 percent of the buyer is chinese. Not sure about pentas 1 and 2. The fact that most ai buyer are staying nearby otherwise its very difficult to discover this area. Unless ur season investor or like all the taikor over here...

No need to chnage name or anything to boost sales. Just put fencing 100 percent laku like goreng pisang..

Also allocate a plot of land for chinese school, guarantee kk, sa, da also kenot fight...hehehehe

Ya ur right jeghui, we r all malaysian. A township will be more successfull will all races composition reflected.

Even though pentas is under schedule g but I'm fine as long as they gate it later after vp. Everywhere now ppl is pushing for gng since crime rate so high.
