When they will start to make right turn to pentas rather than using the u-turn? after VP?

By the way, anybody got any details on pentas 4, layout and facade. Went to inp website, nothing is updated. Terrible. Can cannot imagine. Inp website so dull and boring

Yea....me too....facade of pentas look similar...........however did notice the P4 car porch 2 pillars............finally I&P did make it right.......border to border of the 25 feet land....so can park 2 cars more comfortably.

Heard only around 12 units sold so far.....really slow this time around

13/64 sold, about 20%....may be not in a good timing, still in GE13 mood.

850k is not a small amount and some more is smaller build up then previous 1-3 + no G&G so it might take time to digest

Dear I&P, if u r reading this, please help us to help u in selling Pentas 4. Help us to get all Pentas 1,2,3 and 4 to be F&G. Once this is done, Pentas 4 will get better sales...

i can see the remaining 28 units is the row to the north of newly launched pentas 4. im not sure inp will launch that row soon or they r going wait for the current launch to sell more. any idea the next 22x80 beside tenun launch date? i did ask the sa few weeks back, she mentioned starting price of the 22x80 units is 718k(ridiculous to me) After that the next launch will be the semi-d near the mosque

I'm speechless with the facade. All Pentas are twin brothers and sister, they look a like. Hate to say this, Pentas 1 is clearly a winner! Whether is facade, price or layout...damn..hehehe
One thing I don't understand is why InP build smaller BU though land size is same 25x85. They shoud squeeze bigger BU and price it higher. Land cost is the same.
On positive I hope InP will seriously consider to fence since Pentas family is growing. We have now 4 brother sisters..

For the sake of comparison, what were the price of intermediate

Assuming you pick the cheapest intermediate as basis of comparison, price increase of each phase was in quantum of approx 50k to 60k
Pentas 4 has the smallest BU among all with Pentas 3 claimed crown of hving biggest BU.

Pentas 1 -700k
Pentas 2 -760k
Pentas 3 -800k
Pentas 4- 850k

Good. Pentas 1 can be sold at least 850K
