Those who are using GPS watches with HRM strap. How do you wash the strap and how often do you do so?

Think it makes sense to rinse it w water every use, else ur sweet sweat going to attract u know what la.

anyone running at taman bukit jalil at nite? never been there, would like to try.....ppl say gate close at 7pm, possible to enter after that?

gate will close at 8pm, after that not possible to get in. Mostly runner will get out from there after 7.45 cause it getting darker n darker

Lafuma in Bangsar and The Marathonshop. I think its RM439 or 469. Last saw from USA was USD50 on promo and even with shipping of USD30, still cheaper than buying in Msia

I just rinse it with tap water and do this after each usage, that is about 5-6 times a week.

what about bukit komanwel? I think its opened till late. but not much of flat running, just uphill and short

my running buddy sure suffer.....still new in running...hehehe

taman bukit jalil only open til 8pm. Is better run from 5pm - 7:30pm, I always run there, . There really a great place for training, always uphill then downhill, lol.

norizan, if u can come to putrajaya, there are many runners bikers skaters at friday n sat night after tarawih, even some extend their long run to more than 2am. weekdays unfortunately no runner during Ramadhan night as far as I running a couple of night.
