QUOTE(phoenixxx @ Oct 29 2012, 10:49 AM) Better do it fast... you'll need to get the form from their office.. fill in, preferably with picture and/or mark the area in your house with masking tape Can claim LAD for all the troubles? Wah... If refer to your case i cant move in by this year! Really ganggu my plan.. Need to tukar sekolah some more... Headache lar if like this! I thought we can expect good quality and service for the amount we paid! I've not had a good experience with them so far... some defects have to resubmit a few times before they fix it... and still stuck with warranty process now. It's been a good 3-4 months >< Can't install grills because of this and end up all the water pipes and taps (whatever's in the house that has a semblance of value) got stolen --> more warranty headaches. Added on October 29, 2012, 5:34 pm QUOTE(rebecks @ Jul 26 2012, 04:13 PM) Hi all, Hi all, i am lavender park phase 1 too.. Rebecks, i will give my 200% support on any action plan for our lavender! So excited to be apart of DA residents.. Hope the best for all of us here. Lavender Park Phase 1 owner reporting in. Have been reading both the postings in LYN and FB. To be honest, am very excited to move-in and cannot wait to get my keys. Lavender Park is almost done, pending touch-ups for each unit, etc. Even the road sign-name is already up. However, after reading through both LYN and FB postings, am feeling uncomfortable of the safety of the family. Hopefully, future residents of Lavender Park will have the same intentions on safety and will unite to have proper safety set-ups re Nerida. Moving forward, am truly hoping for Denai Alam to grow as a township... On a different note, Lavender Park is a Single Entry. Looking to use the close location of Ficus Peak to build on the single-entry point with the necessary security features. This post has been edited by Jusooh: Oct 29 2012, 05:34 PM |

QUOTE(angkee83 @ Oct 30 2012, 09:43 AM) Rainwater Flush = Rainwater Harvesting System ..and if I have thought of turning it to a Koi pond, it's only common sense to think of sealing the flush so that it doesn't act as a rainwater catchment pond anymore.... |

No one is denying that....My point wasn't too hard to understand ain't it - I just said if I were to have thought turning the water feature to a pond, I definitely would have though of not to re-use that rainwater harvesting system to supply water to the pond. |

Just a quick question:
Does SimeDarby @DenaiAlam allows buyer to get a loan on actual price (before bumi discount)? buyer just to pay 3% for downpayment only. Some developer does not support this technique. thank you |

QUOTE(Jusooh @ Oct 29 2012, 10:42 AM) Hi momiloco, i am lavender owner also.. planning to pay deposit for utility etc..by this week. Am wonder how long SD take to repair any defects as am planning to move in during school holiday. Sadly i noticed brown patches on the wall at few area..i suspect got water leaking. Hmmm pray hard SD will repair it Hi Jusooh! My unit is in ph 2. No letter from SD yet have to be more patient lo.. Anyway, went to my unit last Thursday with my friend, he noticed some defects that my eyes cant eventho from outside. There are some gaps on the door frame, some uneven paint on the ceiling, the main door is not even, looks like the hinges give in to the weight of the door. Another obvious thing is the paint on the car porch structure, it looks like the paint 'melted'/diluted with rain water, therefore you can see the paint is thinning.. Hopefully no major defect. if those small2 one, they can do it even after you move in, provided you do not 'touch' the defect area (I think la). Hopefully can move in before January. |

Huhu got my Vacant posession letter from Sime Darby already.
The weird thing is that, the letter said even if the bank did not disburse the last portion of my loan, it is deemed that I took the VP after 14 days but the due date they give to the bank is 30 days. If i do not take VP, by right how will the bank disburse the loan? |

I think the bank will not wait for us to take VP before they release the first portion of the loan. For my case, the bank released first before I take the VP...

sorry for more noob question.
how does the ballot worth? do you pick your unit of choice as you register? or you choose only if you are shortlisted? what if as you short listed, those left are not ideal for you? can u then pull out? |
