Better do it fast... you'll need to get the form from their office.. fill in, preferably with picture and/or mark the area in your house with masking tape

I've not had a good experience with them so far... some defects have to resubmit a few times before they fix it... and still stuck with warranty process now. It's been a good 3-4 months ><

Can't install grills because of this and end up all the water pipes and taps (whatever's in the house that has a semblance of value) got stolen --> more warranty headaches.

Lavender Park Phase 1 owner reporting in.

Have been reading both the postings in LYN and FB. To be honest, am very excited to move-in and cannot wait to get my keys. Lavender Park is almost done, pending touch-ups for each unit, etc. Even the road sign-name is already up.

However, after reading through both LYN and FB postings, am feeling uncomfortable of the safety of the family. Hopefully, future residents of Lavender Park will have the same intentions on safety and will unite to have proper safety set-ups re Nerida.

Moving forward, am truly hoping for Denai Alam to grow as a township...
On a different note, Lavender Park is a Single Entry. Looking to use the close location of Ficus Peak to build on the single-entry point with the necessary security features. 

Mate...if one is reverting the water catchment to a KOI Pond - it's only common sense for the rain water flush to be sealed     

huh? you plan to seal your rain water flush? I tot that pond is harvesting rainwater?

Rainwater Flush = Rainwater Harvesting System

..and if I have thought of turning it to a Koi pond, it's only common sense to think of sealing the flush so that it doesn't act as a rainwater catchment pond anymore....

If I am not wrong... the rainwater is filtered before enter to the pond... and the filter is the 1 near to master bedroom...

No one is denying that....

My point wasn't too hard to understand ain't it - I just said if I were to have thought turning the water feature to a pond, I definitely would have though of not to re-use that rainwater harvesting system to supply water to the pond.

Just a quick question:

Does SimeDarby @DenaiAlam allows buyer to get a loan on actual price (before bumi discount)? buyer just to pay 3% for downpayment only.

Some developer does not support this technique. thank you

Hi momiloco, i am lavender owner also.. planning to pay deposit for utility etc..by this week. Am wonder how long SD take to repair any defects as am planning to move in during school holiday. Sadly i noticed brown patches on the wall at few area..i suspect got water leaking. Hmmm pray hard SD will repair it

Any further news on saffron hill?
SD typically not giving freebies such as MOT, DIBS, discount n such right?

Anyway, not much info release on the product? N they start register n ballot at 10 am ka? Seems very confident
