You choose only when your number is selected. You can walk away if no unit that you favour.
They only took the cheque after all forms has been completed.

Was told they cover MOT cost and legal SPA cost.

Was at their sales off just now.
Phase 2 at 698k and phase 3 at 718k sold out as at 2 pm

Was told 350 ppl come for 130 units.

absolutely....when the commercial lots are completed, 1MIL a lot for a 22x75 isn't hard to reach in 10 yrs time... drool.gif

As at 1pm when I left theres still bunch of people scrambling for the last 5 unit. Apparently the unit no still available at this time I heard from the announcement are 14, 24, 34, 44 and 46..hahaha.. biggrin.gif ..but Im sure still kena sapu..

Me was there this morning as well, register w my wife.
Go home empty handed at 12pm, but a full stomach.

Din bother to wait for the left over, drop out as this is a life long investment.

Heh, original plan was only release 54 units, of which only 24 units or non Bumi. Then they see so many ppls so release another 50 units if which future launch, w 3% premium ( heh, wat a tactic, why earn more in future while u can earn more now?)

700k might not be cheap for 22-75, but build up is 2500 which larger. Also double frountage facing park only 20k extra.

Well, money in my hand , just wait another time

Sure, will follow up. Really keen on the double frontage units.

Btw, saw a corner unit at serissa, been vacant over few months. Big land area 2900 sqftn built up more than 3k. As u recall was only over 1 mill wonder why do one take that?

The house facing north, which means the side with quite some openin expose to evening sun could be a major issue ya?

Some veranda n blind couldn't help much?

From my experience, quite a number of corner lot could be taken by the SD staffs for investment. Here in Nerida, at least a couple of corner lots are vacant, according to SD contractor that does rectification works belong to the staffs. These two get morning sun;).
Looking at the price of current launch, am so grateful that we made the decision to buy our corner lot at about the same price (but to us still an arm and a leg) as the saffron intermediate rclxms.gif

if its within budget, yes..I'll go for it ..just dont over stretch. 1 mil++ for corner is consider norm in KV. I've seen people askin even 2 mil for DSL corner now with slightly larger BU.

If that's the case, maybe the evening sun is a factor. Just after we signed the purchase of our unit, go to know about another unit at older phase that was also not taken. Was a little upset first as the price was lower but later found out it is near TNB substation.
And think normal for RM1mil for corner as asking price in our phase is about that too now.

Hi clueless, they reserve so many units for bumi titles? In total how many unit they release?
