Any further news on saffron hill? SD typically not giving freebies such as MOT, DIBS, discount n such right?
Anyway, not much info release on the product? N they start register n ballot at 10 am ka? Seems very confident

sorry for more noob question.
how does the ballot worth? do you pick your unit of choice as you register? or you choose only if you are shortlisted?
what if as you short listed, those left are not ideal for you? can u then pull out?

Me was there this morning as well, register w my wife. Go home empty handed at 12pm, but a full stomach.
Din bother to wait for the left over, drop out as this is a life long investment.
Heh, original plan was only release 54 units, of which only 24 units or non Bumi. Then they see so many ppls so release another 50 units if which future launch, w 3% premium ( heh, wat a tactic, why earn more in future while u can earn more now?)
700k might not be cheap for 22-75, but build up is 2500 which larger. Also double frountage facing park only 20k extra.
Well, money in my hand , just wait another time Note: first experience in property grab.,

Sure, will follow up. Really keen on the double frontage units.
Btw, saw a corner unit at serissa, been vacant over few months. Big land area 2900 sqftn built up more than 3k. As u recall was only over 1 mill wonder why do one take that?
The house facing north, which means the side with quite some openin expose to evening sun could be a major issue ya?
Some veranda n blind couldn't help much?

Sorry, I sort of give wrong info. It is not vacant, as it still under construction. What I meant is un sold still available. Rm1 mill for corner ok right?

Total 104 release. Something like 60 bumi , but can't recall if exact.
Actually very good built up, 2500 n if uncheck the living space proper, it is all 22 ft width, compare to most layout which has taken 4" off for the stairs. I think this is typical SD design.
It don't have many parks though, just a one in front of the double frontage block.

Both r not GnG. Only single entrance exit. I am not doing detailed comparison, but yes, the land area is one, 2nd is the space utilization in the area. Serissa and A grove has more taman, a place for surau n tadika I think. Saffron is just houses.
Saffron is not near HT cable, but the htc is viewable from the houses, n the new commercial area too.
