Actually no, but I did see his signage at one of the houses, maybe 71 or 72. I get persistent abuse from stilux, yi seng and kb.

Oh really? Well he must of got more houses then. I gave him a 500 deposit to hang the signboard and the only good thing is that no one bothers me anymore. Maybe I'll start the reno works in Dec after rectifying the defects. Only issue is some warped floor pieces upstairs. Only problem is just that I'm short of time for supervision.

*
That is why i also having headache with TM. I want to transfer my Unifi to my new house they said cannot bcoz no Unifi network. They advise me to use Streamyx first then only i need not pay termination fees. SIgh i given up with them and am thinking of changing to Maxis Fibre. Whoever contacts me frist about fibre will get the job icon_idea.gif Maintain my Unifi in my current house unitl april 2013 (my father in law can use) then terminate.

Hi, I am another owner of FernLane. I too looking at relocating the pump and filter. Let me know if you managed to relocate and how much did it cost you.

Currently sourcing for renovation quotes. Lots of persistent contractor appear each time I visit my place.

Looking for alarm system and CCTV. Any recommendation?

Hi Rebecks, you should by now receive letter from SD that the house is ready and keys can be collected upon final loan disbursement and utility deposit payment. I received the letter on Monday.
*
True enough, the letter was in my mailbox yesterday.

So for final disbursement, do you guys chase after the bank or just wait for the bank to advise the final drawdown?

You may give the mortgage department a call, but I doubt that would help.. So just let the bank do their job, the most important thing for you is to take down the date the letter was issued/received so that you know who to blame when late payment happens..

Thanks for the advise, will keep note on the date. Can't wait to get the keys now...!

Anyone experienced late final disbursement from the banks?

Better do it fast... you'll need to get the form from their office.. fill in, preferably with picture and/or mark the area in your house with masking tape

I've not had a good experience with them so far... some defects have to resubmit a few times before they fix it... and still stuck with warranty process now. It's been a good 3-4 months ><

Can't install grills because of this and end up all the water pipes and taps (whatever's in the house that has a semblance of value) got stolen --> more warranty headaches.

Mate...if one is reverting the water catchment to a KOI Pond - it's only common sense for the rain water flush to be sealed doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif
