I was told the price starts from 680k. Build up 2500 sqft (22X75). Quite big.
Is it worth for investment?

Almost 900k perhaps? Saffron hills buildup is big and design is pretty good compared to others. It is expected to complete end of 2014. Dash started? This will boost up the price some more?

Yes. The other day i went to denai alam. They have started construction. Can say 30% progress on Saffron hills.
E-boulevard is also progressing well. Any idea when they will start opening the shops here?
