Any special promotion/package for the Unifi most recent? Dunno whether should I get unifi or not, just 2 person using occasionally at night and weekends. Feels like a waste, lol 

We subscribed Unifi mostly because we link it to ADT. Since we rarely watch TV, we unsubscribe Astro and live with HyppTv that comes with Unifi. So that saves some money.

Not very sure of the name of package, but paying rm145 monthly, plus rm30 for HyppTV package.

Well apart from the whole Alarm & Security debacle. I think the tie & relationship between the neighbors are also as important as the alarm solution that we are intending to get right?

I am always open to have a Neighborhood Watch group setup for the FL phase if the feedback & co-operation is there.

No offense to the other phases yea guys....but I just feels its more secure & effective to have a Phase-based Neighborhood Watch group. We can definitely setup for all the phases but bearing in mind that DA is quite BIG in terms of area covered - the more effective solution is to go by parcel blocks.

Just my 2 cents....

I too agree with this. Its all about each phase coming together as one.

Well, in this thread, inclusive of me, there are only two Lavender Park owners. Besides that, there are only 64 units in Lavender Park. Hopefully, the the move-in rate is fast and the occupancy rate is high. Even on FB, cannot even seem to find any Lavender Park owners...

How has the response been thus far mate?
