My other neighbour bought his subsale unit, 3700sqft built-up, with maybe 15X80 land for 1.2 mil in May this year. He said he kind of regretted for not having done enough search. He believe he can get cheaper than that.

I can see my house from Freezar25's Opulenia photo. Almost 1 year since I moved in. So far so good. Just need to get used to the quietness around here escpecially at night ;-)

Still very quiet at Fern Lane. Renovation has started but I don't think anyone is going to move in anytime soon.

is there any credible source for the 3 storey saffron hills as all i'm hearing is the two-storey units and the last phase being semi-Ds and bungalows...
