Is this the new Kota Damansara-like township to be?

Went in the area... houses look kinda modern. Can invest or not?

I still think its going to be like Kota Damansara whereby the residential are concentrated in Kota Damansara proper (no malls ther), while all the malls and commercial/industrials and retails are concentrated in Dataran Sunway (Giant, Giza, Carrefour, Offices, Strand, etc).

I think that is exactly what Elmina is going to be like.

Anyhow, I think Denai has got favourable potential especially when DASH is completed.

The question now is which one to buy??

The Serissa terraces have a very long layout 26x90 I think... definitely comfortable and spacious. However, Aster Grove has a more balanced layout in which it is 28x80, and the the facade is beautiful. I prefer wider houses as compared to longer. Comparing the two, Aster Grove is the winner in my opinion.

Generally, I think Denai has very big potential considering the commercial developments that are planned in Elmina. In time, its going to be the next happening place probably.

If only it could be a gated or semi gated like the ones they have in usj heights or ttdi Alam Impian... it would be jackpot!!

Yup, correct, my mistake.

The one I saw was Aster Grove Endlot 28x80... so huge!

Serissa is oso only 22x80 for intermediate.

Wonder if now still available or not for both Serissa and Aster Grove.

Chinese buyers also starting to come in. According to the Developer, the change in trend is mainly due to the coming up commercial activities in E Boulevard and Elmina and also the upcoming DASH highway.

But sometimes you never know, Chinese buying only to flip for fast $$.... susah loo.

Hope DA becomes more balanced and not only concentrated to certain ethnicity.

In time, I beleive it will be more balanced. Just need good schools and and shops to entice others.

Saw the Aster Grove 3-storey corners in the brochure... really nice design. Love the facade and swimming pool.

Is this the only Project with attached swimming pool?

I wonder if there is anymore available corners. I likkkeeee!
