planning to move in 2nd quarter 2013. last i was at da there were two families in my road already. when do u plan to move in?

I'm targeting 3rd quarter before raya. No one is in my row yet. But 2 houses are doing reno. I'm starting reno next month. 1st phase - kitchen and all wetworks. 2nd phase - internal and 3d phase landscaping and side fencing.
No rotis lor to do one shot. As it is I'm paying monthly payments to the bank for nothing.

I was there on Monday. It seems most of double storey Aster Grove has completed up to roof. You can drive up to the front entrance of the development now from Jalan Elektron U16/68 or Persiaran Neutron. You can see Cahaya SPK from there too.

Are you sure? last time i was there, i see nothing. do you have any pics?

As you can see some of the block already completed up to roof. Most of them beam completed to roof.

Mine is aster groove will complete next year.
Just ask, is im paying a good price or being cheated?

I went to DA yesterday since it was a holiday and I have nothing to do ..So went there and have a look at the progress. manage to snap some picture too.. Saw few family came scouting the place (home buyers/investors.) I came across 2 chinese family and 1 malay family..Manage to just say hi to them as we cross each other at the end road near willow park (since we drive at a very slow pace-almost look suspicious like bad people..haha)..Smile and they said " look see look see only...mau tengok the house here"

That is cheap as i bought it at 850k.. Wah.. Progrees is very good.. Hope its produce good quality unit...

Actually did not eligible for that. I almost pass the unit, but then got all mentioned stuff.
But since im not plan to buy any unit at DA at that time, i never do any research Aster Grove price.

But again, been there last week and they start selling AG-3 stories start at almost 1mil.

Hopefully its a good buy

I thought it was RM870k for intermediate unit before discount for Aster Grove Phase II? Phase I was RM840k i believe. This is both for DSL
