Have you tested Mazda3 2.0, Jetta and Focus? Mind sharing your comment for these cars when comparing to 408 NA? Always wonders what's in it for Jetta that's so special that make them sell it at that price other than the 'badge' factor.

The DSG and TSI combination is owning. Supercharge at low RPM, turbocharge at higher RMP. The car can zoom zoom even at low RPM, and this improve the FC also. But sorry that the interior is just too boring for me.

Hi just got my new pug 408 2.0. Just want to check with other users if they faced this problem. My SA filled full tank and delivered car with 27 km mileage, now mileage at 275 km and fuel gauge now at half mark of the last bar. Looks like i shall probably hit 350 km for full tank vs official of 8.6L/100km ie 697 km. My fuel is 50% of what is stated. Assuming it's town driving can this be correct ?

My mileage has reached 14577km. The indicator now mostly shows 8.7 L/100km. 85% city driving. Used to reached 11L/100km before 10K service. So don't worry. You'll get it once you have done your 10K service.

Your 450 to 500 km is very good for the NA. Did you do any adjustments like the fuel injection ? My SA ss perhaps to check then later says wait fr 2500 km inspection.

But I heard Jetta full tank at RM 110.00 can get 600 - 700km. Seems like more fuel saving than 408.

Thanks P408T for sharing your story, I admit the car can really become an obsession almost like forbidden fruit, once u have taken a bite, others just kinda hard to compare. About the FC, at least it will be better than NA definitely, many folks here also commented that it will improve once over the 1st 10k km.
