Hi, new owner reporting..

Taken delivery of my 408t on 29th June, white colour. Already booked for 2.5K inspection at Balakong SC.

So far no big issue. Alignment slightly pull to the left but already rectified. But now steering senget sikit to the left. Harsh sound from the engine during early morning start but I guess because of the turbo engine, bunyi rabak sikit kut. Phone bluetooth can only make call from previous numbers called. Not from phonebook. Average 9.7L/km. 80% town driving.

I stay in Cheras and saw another 408t, black colour in my housing area. But true, quite difficult to see one on the road

I had my 2.5K inspection last Monday at Balakong SC. Almost 3 hours to complete. I didn't observe much as most of the time my car was idle there. They told me that the next service is when the mileage reach 12.5K. They wrote it in the service booklet. Should I wait until 12.5K or exactly at 10K for next service? Any advise from sifu here? Tq

True. The girl told me that they have top up the engine oil but I doubt it can last until 12.5K.

Hi,

I just did my 10K service last Saturday at Nasim Balakong. Took close to 2 hours to complete. I plan to rotate the tyres but the service superviser told me that Peugeot recommends to rotate every 30K. Anyway, it may take another 1 hour since they only have 1 mechanic who can do the tyre and I need to rush, so I just postpone it.

For 10K service, the labour(RM90) is free. Total bill is RM333.50. Details as follows:

Syntium 3000API SM, SAE 5W/30 4 litres - RM221.00
Syntium 3000API SM, SAE 5W/30 1 litre - RM59.90
Oil Filter - RM44.30
Drn Plug Gasket - RM3.70
Service consumables - RM5

So far no major problem and really enjoy my ride. No regret!

My mileage has reached 14577km. The indicator now mostly shows 8.7 L/100km. 85% city driving. Used to reached 11L/100km before 10K service. So don't worry. You'll get it once you have done your 10K service.
