QUOTE(Kanasai79 @ Jan 21 2013, 02:00 PM) If air recirculation is OFF, then the air con will not be so cool and outside air can come into the cabin? Still confuse about the air con system. I don't know about your car, but mine is still cold even with air recirculation off. But I drive a different marque but it really shouldn't be all that different. Of coz don't compare to Japanese, their air cond is really industrial grade cold even at low settings

QUOTE(x800 @ Jan 21 2013, 10:08 AM) Andy, I assume the center vent starts to blow warm air when u set the temperature around 23 or 24? Then its the same as my car, and I assume its working as it should, just like lowpro said. About the air circulation defaults to off whenever u turn on the aircond, idk if theres a workaround to this, but i dont think its too much hassle to press another button to turn the circulation on right? you're right... warm air start blowing out around 24 degree Celsius. I don't mind to press it everytime i start the car, but will be +1 if it can be set to automatic

QUOTE(cybermaster98 @ Jan 21 2013, 10:40 AM) Doesnt matter when the juddering happens. It should not happen. Period. Get the disks checked. so we can have our brake check even before 2,500km service? if we did this, do we still entitle to free service when we reached 2,500km?

This is not about checking brakes. Its a problem. If u have juddering, then get the SC to rectify. Not connected to your free servicing. Doesnt matter whatever mileage.

QUOTE(kejusan @ Sep 25 2012, 04:28 PM) Hehe..it's funny and sad at the same time that you have to state that you're joking just not to offend anybody. I'm not sure how's your "zin zin" sounds like but I also found mine with indescribable sound sometimes but only when turning in the right direction. This sound isn't there before my 1st inspection (or I didn't notice it) but during the first inspection, they top up a little bit of power steering oil for it to reach the max level. Soon after that, I noticed this sound. Plan to get it checked during my 10k service. The current mileage is around 7.5k already. My pug current mileage soon to reach 7,000km and i got this steering issue ie turning with 'zin zin' sounds on both side. Kejusan - how did you solve your steering problem?

I noticed my steering sound since day 1, and i believe that its the electric motor doing its work. Its not noticeable though, I can only hear it when its really quiet, usually idling with ac n stereo off

Although some less than others (eg. Japanese). If you aren't prepared to deal with the problems associated with owning a continental ride, then its best to just go with the safer Japanese options IMO.

Any idea why like that? most probably at the time u feel the car surging forward, ur idling rpm is higher than normal or still unstable. that's what i usually faces on my 308.

QUOTE(Pogostik @ Jan 22 2013, 02:05 PM) I always feel like that during the morning. Especially if the RPM is above 800. normally, in the morning, rpm is always higher than normal because the engine needs to warm up quickly and the only way to do this is to have the rpm revving higher. when the rpm is higher, it means more fuel is pumped in. so, when you release the brake, it runs at that higher rpm and as a result it will accelerate (or have a 'creep' speed) a bit faster than when the car is already warmed up. again perfectly normal.
