The temp is fine. You still got headroom for 4.7Ghz.

13-12-13 is a weird timing. Usually tRCD is higher than tCL.
You should try 9-11-9, 10-12-12 or 11-13-13

I can juice up the vcore a little bit to get 130++ glop because before this i try stress 4.6Ghz with this voce can get 131gflop maximum.
But i love my processor run at low vcore as well good temperature since my room ambient not good.
This is what i can do after suggestion from sifu-sifu.

^You might wanna try for 5.0Ghz. Your chip is very good. Start with 1.3v and work your way up until you can boot at 5.0Ghz. Later you wan upgrade i7 pm me ya.

Maybe it's good chip or baru lagi. After 4-5 month maybe the performance decrease?
