Hi ya gurus. IB noob here. Wanna ask if it's normal to get ~90C at 1.25v with 3770k. Proc is not delidded and I'm using Hyper 212x with 1 fan in push. Currently case is open but doesn't seem to make a big difference if it's closed.
Also I seem to need 1.25v to hit 4.3Ghz which looks ridiculously high for this chip. I managed to get 4.4Ghz preliminarily stable at around 1.3v but running AIDA64 FPU test shoots the temp very close to 100C at which point I just noped out of it. Is this chip just a lemon or what. ![]() QUOTE(ah_khoo @ Jan 31 2016, 12:26 AM) Nice voltage there bro. Wanna swap? |
