I'm a student too but I get to eat 6-7 times a day. Tell me why you can't? I'm doing double degree some more and you're still studying for spm. If you have the money, go for nitro tech if that's what you're asking.

do you asked him what does he mean by HIGH QUALITY? There must be something to be compared in order to be labelled as HIGH QUALITY mass gainers or not.
OR... That is the only Mass Gainers that he is selling and he wanted you to buy them from him. Who knows.

darklight, I wouldn't say ALL mass gainers are worth nothing. Its true that if you can eat natural food, it's a lot better but mass gainers have been somewhat of a big help to me though. Every night at the end of the day when I find that I didn't manage to hit my calories due to some reason (no time etc), I'll just down one shake so that I have a calorie surplus.
I don't do this all the time though, ONLY when I can't get enough food into my stomach at the end of the day.

Yes, I am aware of that. I chose Dymatize cause it has contains only 600 calories yet high in protein (52grms) and is low with sugar. Less than 3grms per serving I think.
My definition of bulking is having a calorie surplus with good clean food. I could (safely) say that the protein shake is my last resort at the end of the day.

They are cheap as chips and easy to make, just add water. So they can be useful if you have high metabolism and busy lifestyles.

Mass gainers have their place if you know what you're doing. Personally, I've made gains using them because of the extra calories on top of my regular diet (which at the time wasn't enough).

Hey guys, a quick question about pre-workout supps.
Question is will my mind get used to the supplement's energy boost, and if I stop using it, will I feel lethargic? I guess it's natural and obvious that you'll feel physically lethargic/less energetic once you go off it, but then will a mental dependency be there?
Anyone with insight or experience on this?

It's like coffee. You get used to it, effect wears off and you have to go on a higher doze. You go off it, you go into withdrawal but you'll eventually go back to normal.
