Which is why i wanna check if u guys mix them up to get both effect, or just take either one or buy the ingredients u need individually, like Creatine, Glutamine, Beta alanine and mix them up...

1st thing to take in the morning are sugar and amino acid/bcaa
something with caffeine will be good to to increase alertness. ON amino enrgy is what im taking now.

Question:

Those who are lactose intolerant, what protein powder that u guys consume?
I googled and found that whey isolate is almost 90% lactose free.

assume that my diet is in check, and i don't want to take this as meal replacement. just wanna add some flavor on my oatmeal, kinda tired with peanut butter and others tongue.gif

i think there's no hard rule saying creatine should not b taken as pre wo. so yea, i dont think there's no harm.

Yes, you can stack them both together if you want to. Beneficial or not, that's up to you and your body to decide.
People normally stack a pump product with a pre-workout booster such as iForce HemaVol and iForce Maximise Intense. You get both the pumps and the kick from stimulants.

So it's pretty much up to you and how your body reacts.

You could also buy ingredients like beta alanine, creatine mono, citrulline malate, leucine etc etc individually and mix them yourself.

It totally depends on the person consuming them. I would choose 'pre-made' pre workout rather than mixing them on my own. I think that the main reason that somebody will mix their own ingredient is their dislike some of them or want more of them in their pre workout; or it's much cheaper.

Following the given direction on the bottle is the best way IMO. The company make the supps so they should know better right? Unless there is a scientifically proven way of using them differently.

IMO. creatine doesn't give direct impact on the body for it to be included in a pre workout. The creatine that you're going to use for your current workout is the one that is already 'sit' inside your muscles.
