Both products are similar.. Just different ingredients.
Go compare the ingredient profile and the nutrition profile..
They're just protein. It's pretty much self preference now.

I juz finished my 2nd can og Syntha-6.
Thinking of trying some other products.
Any good recommendation?
Plus im thinking of having creatine also.
But have no idea those this combination work.
Any idea?

Creatine is just creatine. No difference in most of the creatine profile. Just take 5g daily

which mass gainer u guys recommend? I know it's all calories & sugars but i'm skinny. Need gainers for a boost + meals. Thanks.

I would add up a few meal if i were you. Really need mass gainer supplement then take a look at cytogainer.

I got a sample of 1.M.R pre w/o from my supplier (musclesup.com) flavour green apple. Here is my verdict for it.

Thanks for the recommendation bro but due to my job at office & my seniors is around, i can't just go out & take a meal break every 3 hours. Hope u understand sweat.gif

I know nothing compares to solid food & i won't use mass gainers if i had a choice.

do you spend most of the day at your desk? pack meals that don't have strong aroma (like tuna...bad choice btw) and eat them at your desk like i do. as long as it doesn't interfere with your work or (heaven forbid) go against company policy, you should care less about what your colleagues think.

you can also pack 1 cup almonds and call it a meal. that's 800kcal and about 30g protein and it's crunchy.

Wow. Never tot of almonds. Only oatmeal comes to my mind if i needed a quick meal. I think i can eat & work at my desk IF my manager is not around. I don't care bout seniors though. Thanks for the info man icon_rolleyes.gif

Is Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series 4lbs good for a 17 years old teen? I heard my friends said it is not really good for my age and my gym instructor not recommend it to me..Any ideas guys?
