First of all everyone has its own way ok ? I work till 8-9pm everyday yes everyday .... and I did mention my cooking is bad .... when I mean bad I mean really bad ... Do you know I work long term in china ? Man you have to check the food here ... The food market here (pasar) ....

Actually I did try and buy some chicken here .... and boil it .... It taste so weird .... I know its because of the chicken ... Few days ago my colleague just cook us a meal and the chicken ... my god vmad.gif

u don't have to eat only chicken rite? if i'm as busy as u, eggs are my best fren. just cook 5-10 eggs per meal and you can cover a big chunk of your daily protein requirement smile.gif

so many things u can do with eggs. egg mayo sandwich, egg salad, egg fried rice, plain steamed egg, scrambled egg with cheese etc

China? It's better than Malaysia in terms of food availability, choices, and even pricing.

If you're not comfortable with the wet market, there's Tesco, Carrefour, Walmart, etc. !

What are these actually? Bought a tub of syntha 6 it was sealed when I opened. I tried putting the whey first and then followed by water and vice versa. I'm using a shaker bottle. When I tried to rub the "thing", it's like powder but can't be dissolved. I mean.. Just to confirm since its my first time.. The expiry date is on September 2015.

Hi all...

I just started weightlifting activity in Dec 14. Previously i'm using mass gainer solely.
Recently i just bought these products;

1-ON gold standard 100% casein.
2-MP amino 1
3-MP assault
4-Dymatize iso 100 whey

I'm planning to consume those supplements like below;

Pre workout
-mp assault

During workout
-mp amino 1

Post workout
-iso 100 whey immediately after workout

Before bed
-casein

Is this a good combination? Pleade advice. Thank you.
