Hi, guy a beginner here .... I recently stop taking whey protein due to the fact that i work long time in china (stuffs here are expensive as hell not to mention the currency now so i wont buy stuff in china) and I realize that I feel so weak during my workout especially the soreness and recovery ... my god ... slow like hell ... I tried 150 push up two days ago to gain some strength until now I am so sore ....

Not to mention everytime I workout I need to rest 3-4 days ... Its too much .... When I am still take protein I can workout everyday so I started to suspect I do not have enough protein intake .... People in China love Carb .... Everything carb .... even sometimes I just want to eat some salad or chicken breast ... NO such thing .... And all the foods are so oily ...

Anyway stop the complain .... I am thinking to buy something to improve my recovery and whey protein for my daily protein intake .... Any suggestion ? I used ON gold standard last time and love it but I saw most of the online store sold out so kindly suggest me another brand and supplement for recovery too ...

I wouldnt say whey is a magical product ... I would say that my body is craving for protein to repair myself ... As I said my daily protein is like 0 due to the food I am having here ... The place I work doest not has any restaurant around but only a canteen. They serve oily, Carb carb carb, expensive and disgusting food. So I dont have much choice unless I cook myself. PS I am a terrible cook

First of all everyone has its own way ok ? I work till 8-9pm everyday yes everyday .... and I did mention my cooking is bad .... when I mean bad I mean really bad ... Do you know I work long term in china ? Man you have to check the food here ... The food market here (pasar) ....

Actually I did try and buy some chicken here .... and boil it .... It taste so weird .... I know its because of the chicken ... Few days ago my colleague just cook us a meal and the chicken ... my god vmad.gif
